Supposedly, Chad Brown ( Klaravich) brought this one back 3 weeks ago off about an 8 month layoff in a Opt Clg (50K) race on grass at Belmont.
He must have been entered for a tag, as Rudy Rodriguez dropped in a slip and got the horse. The horse was very strong and won the mile race in 1:32..??.....real race horse time ( even though Belmont turf was fast as hell all month).
The was entered by RR in the Ballagh Rocks race last weekend and was listed as a Steward scratch.
Then I hear Chad Brown has filed an appeal claiming it was an illegal claim, and wants the claim voided?
Sounds like someone erred in the entry box and either entered for the tag or the Racing Office erroneously entered it for the tag?
Anyone hear any details?

This is either incompetence or something dark and evil. We await further details.

That was some error I made on the name. Thanks for setting it straight and providing the answer. By being "ADMINISTRATIVE", is that assumed to be a Racing office error?

My assumption is that Team CB entered him with the the claiming waiver since he hadn't run in over 6 months, but it wasn't processed properly by the racing office.
