Wasted day.....DD....ALL/12 The #3 Honor Hymn is the one I've been keen on all day. Why would Dutrow claim this in-form runner from Ramon Preciado, if not to try to win right back? Yet, getting little play in the win pool - they like Dutrow's other runner, Perfect Bluff....pick-up mount for J.V..

Field reduced to four with late scratch of fave Purrfect Bluff. I knew there was little value left on this card, but this shoots it to pieces. Kissa Melissa is Mitch Friedman's meal ticket. Freud's Notebook is one year older and should be better for it. Not forgetting when Perkins' Unicorn won at a nice price about a year ago. Fat, fat field.

The post parade scratch of the fave has an incredible field of four going to the post.
I just hope nobody gets lonesome during the race.
If things don't get better at Belmont I'm going back to shooting dice with sailors and flipping baseball cards with kids for my action.
