Like you, I love the cut back to 7f. I'm definately playing Tidal Pool. I'm just hoping someone else does the dirty work of softening up Hilda's Passion.

Then I could substitute GET STORMY for COURT VISION - got Ramon, second off the freshening and likes the distance.

Agree here, not a big fan of Court Vision in this one.

It's a good ticket. Don't forget about the rolling pick3's and the pick 4's
A big chalk just went down in Race 2.

OK, let's do a P4 into the KD. I don't see the DIALER dude as a lock. I think MIDNIGHT INTERLUDE is a huge overlay. This lightly-raced horse just keeps upping the figs and is bred to run all day.

P5 ticket looks good, especially if Hilda gets beat.
For other tickets--
Race 10: I'm covering Battle of Hastings on my plays as this seems wide open.
Race 11: I like Dialed In, Soldat, and Master of Hounds. If you are spreading wide, I would consider including Comma to the Top (currently at 39-1) because PVal has a clear path to the front. He shouldn't be able to make it all the way around but with this field you never know.

I like the BATTLE OF HASTINGS - the post isn't the best but he didn't deserve to be 12/1 on the morning line.

I think one strategy to look at is to be fat at the beginning and end of the ticket and try to narrow down and go thinner in the 9th and 10th races. We can still come up with a nice score with a 50cent play.
