SHADOW RIDER is a tough-luck horse with Davis but with some "wetness" I'm thinking that late runners might be going well again today. Can't knock the figs and 2017 record of SCARF IT DOWN (9/2/2/3). Beat similar last out and popped a near-stakes fig two back at this distance. Deserves to be zip-to-five with these. The Lump WINGMAN showed some ability on the inner last year and goes bugging with Diaz. Might show up for a piece. Second over for ALAAPATIQUE who stretches out from the rail off a lifetime fig. New rider and the rail for a better trip - scope the tote. |
