The chalks GAP CLOSER and MARKET ANALYSIS need no analysis in this thundering herd of seven magnificent steeds.
Karen G. gave me my first kiss in the 7th grade back in 1959 and she scared the hell out of me. MAKE MY DAY KAREN drops a tad and goes third off the layup with a favorable rider change to Castro. I'm a sucker for KAREN horses. Karen G. was a pretty blond girl who was tall and rackless but she was a dear friend and a sweet person.
BROLIO's maiden win came via DQ so he has never finished first. Last out he was eased in worse company at Finger Licks and hasn't been seen since last November. But I like Bond, the work tabs, and Maragh. Forget the Lump GOLD PROSPECT except for a buck diddle maybe, this is your flyer.

I have DDs landing with 1/2/4 but only the deuce and five carry on the P3.
No chalk has landed through three races despite the small ugly fields.

Jeez, Andy is referring to my KAREN horse as MAYDAY KAREN on the live feed.
Leave it Andy to be drinking better stuff than me.

Leg 2 of a P3 moves on with the second-choice co-9/5 fave.
KAREN gave me a cheap thrill down the lane.
I'm just happy with doubles and a P3 taking off but this not the racing I remember from Belmont Park.
Hey, it's action and at my age any action is good so long as it's not in front of a judge who's trying to make a decision with the bail.

Contessa just misses with a live 10-1, but that horse's readiness has been an anomaly for this trainer these days. What's the story with Gary Contessa? Appears to have parted ways with his main client (Winning Move Stable) and most of the barn's runners have been listless. Does former heartthrob David Cassidy still do business with him? I like Gary and still regard him as one of the good guys. If he weren't honest, he'd be sending out many more winners with what I believe is a still sizeable public stable.

Contessa is a good guy. When I'd see him in the paddock he'd go out of his way to talk to me about horse equipment and he was indeed one of the good guys - Jeez, he was the King of Aqueduct.
Got no clue what happened since I took up most of my railratting at the downstairs saloon and behind a PC.
