The trick is to catch a winner in some multi action but none of them got home.

ahhh, now I get it. Thanks--I'm thinking that you may have summed up your fundamental approach to betting, which has always mystified me a little. For me, sometimes the lightbulb goes on, sometimes it doesn't (even my refrigerator is more reliable).
