I can't back the Charlie Town stakes winner DERWIN'S STAR off the 262 day layoff besides a buck flyer in a P3 with bombers all around it. I will admit the work tabs are just fine.

Lezcana and Garcia come over from New York with their shippers and I like ISN'T SHE GRAND. This gal is in great form, catches some class relief, and should be under the wire first.

Lump BRILLIANT SUNSHINE merits consideration. This gal went staking off the layoff and was a respectable third in a race that went in Grade 1 time (1:08.1). She belongs somewhere on a gimmick ticket.
