Except your horse got sawed in half at the 1/8th pole. The blanket statement isn't as sound as you make it out to be. Who cares where the horse is "bred?" If his/her form is good, y throw them out?

Depends On what the Boat has done against real horses in the Past .
You may Not Agree clint but If State Breds arn't Proven in open company I toss Em . If A State Bred Proves a Weener in Open Company and They Return to Boat Racing I play Him
Andy Beyer Scews NY Racing Anyways with Higher Beyers and Boats Get the Scew . Anywhere Else a State Bred Race is Considered LOWER in Class
There were No Boats worth Betting in that Last Race and as You Noticed My Bet got Cut Off at the Pass Such is Racing .
What Makes it Fun is that I handicap different then You . Hasn't put me in the PoorHouse Yet

I just think sometimes you throw out horses unnecessarily. HOrse don't know that he's NY Bred from a KY bred. Following that rule of yours, which you seem to stick to quite faithfully, you missed out on a $25 dollar winner in the first & a $9.30 winner in the 5th. I'm just saying, you throw the statement out as an absolute and it isn't that way.
