I'm no longer anemic and my blood pressure is normal. My liver and kidneys are fine and my cholesterol and triglycerides are at healthy levels. Last month's endoscopy and colonoscopy came up clean and at 175 I'm two pounds lighter than six months ago. I caught a clean slate and I don't have syphilis. I took a flu shot. My doctor said she doesn't want to see me for at least six months. She renewed my prescriptions for a year. My bill was $0.00 and I am grateful for the great care I receive from the VA on Long Island.
And now I can go back to smoking, drinking, carousing with fast women behind the gas station and playing the ponies.
