No, not the beloved wife. Friday night I went to bed happy but before I could get to sleep the momcat Mister Mittens jumped into bed with me and flopped while ramming her rump into my left hip. No matter how I moved or turned she'd "scoot" in the dark to make sure her rump was jammed into my hip, back or ribs. The one time I reached over in the dark to pet her she nipped me without drawing blood.
Saturday while I was getting my ass kicked at Belmont Park up the man cave? She crashed in my bed upon an old sweatshirt after her lunch. She flopped on the old sweatshirt that has my stink on it from not bathing much. I think she likes me a little bit, or at least as much as a street cat can like a human.
