I knew that the cats outside would be looking for a good dinner and that they rely on me for food. My first order of business was to lay out kibble and fresh cool and clean water for them. The cats got into the kibble as if they were very hungry and then it dawned on me - the heat wave with temps in the mid-90s and oppressive humidity had them not eating much lately.



I laid out platters of wet cat food and loaded up the stainless steel "Great Dane" bowl with tuna and sardines. Everybody was going to catch a full stuffed cat belly before nightfall. Left to right up top is Catty Patty, her grandmother Nasty Mom, Garfield and Bosco. Feasting on the tuna and sardines down below is the gorgeous momcat Ginger (daughter of Nasty Mom) and her sweet black son Tuxedo.

The FF are in fine form. Too hot to sit out and too cold this winter to stay out!

Did I miss Mr. Orange??

He's gone again.

But he was here the next day for a good Thursday night dinner. I have no idea where he's hanging out. I'm just happy he's still alive and I'll take care of him whenever I see him.

He must have some issue. Can't live better... He "vants to be alone"

He was here Saturday morning 7/27 too. Nasty Mom was going out of her way to nip at and swat the other cats when the food was coming out. Her little grandson Bosco had to belt her to calm her down and restore peace.
